Solution

Acara were looking for a new site with a luxury feel to appeal to their demographic of landlords that own rental property in the London Area.

The site was briefed as having a luxury, almost regal feel, with an expensive property interior as a media focal point of the site. The client wanted a simple, minimalistic site without the use of excessive scrolling. Modern usability and a “classic British feel” were also desirable qualities.

Delivered Results

CreativeWeb created a site with a flat, minimal design for a modern usability, using a colour scheme made up of subtle palates influenced by current property website trends. The redesign has a luxurious feel without the use of excessive scrolling, with property interiors as media focal points of the site.

The site is fully responsive, utilises a WordPress CMS, is SEO optimised, uses CSS animation, and is currently undergoing a SEO campaign with AdWords in order to drive traffic from in and around the target area whilst the site builds up domain authority in the meantime.

The website is also hosted on our managed dedicated server.
